We don't do "no pain - no gain", or have you performing 100 sit
ups. Your results will be achieved by constructing a
personalised fitness plan and then coaching you through
it.
Building your understanding about how your body works and how to
take care of it...that's a life investment!
Our specialised service focuses on functional exercise concepts
which will challenge you and help you reach your goals.
Dr Frank Pakenham has more than 15 years experience, is qualified,
registered and ready to assist you. Personal training is available
Monday to Saturday.
Costs: $75 per hour or $60 per 45-minute session.
